Prices

LXK Medical Marketing LTD makes reservations for pricelist errors and reserves the right to change our prices without any prewarning.

Payment

LXK Medical Marketing LTD accepts VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard (bør navne på engelske kreditkort nævnes?). The payment will be charged to your account immediately after the service has been purchased. All amounts are in UK £ and including VAT. LXK Medical Marketing LTD makes reservations for price errors and for sold-out services.

Delivery of invoice

LXK Medical Marketing LTD aims to send the invoice within 24 hours after payment and scheduling of the surgery.

The right of complaint/warranty

LXK Medical Marketing LTD offers a free check-up 6-8 months after the date of operation. In case the need for correctional surgery is deemed necessary and is caused by the surgeon or the surgery is classified as a correctional surgery and can be corrected, LXK Medical Marketing LTD will perform the surgery free of charge. The patient must bear the cost of travel. LXK Medical Marketing LTD will cover the cost of the correctional surgery as well as the cost for staying one day before and one day after the surgery. It may take up to a year after the surgery to be able to evaluate if a correctional surgery is needed.

Refund

In the case of a refund, please provide bank details (name of the bank and account no). This information is not considered sensitive information and will only be used for the sole purpose of reimbursement.

Force Majeure

In case of Force Majeure such as power outage, strike, extreme weather conditions, illness of staff, outbreaks of epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters, or similar situations which are beyond the control of LXK Medical Marketing LTD and causing an operation to be cancelled or rescheduled, LXK Medical Marketing LTD reserves the right to suspend reimbursement of paid operations until the crisis is over.

Right of withdrawal

All operations purchased in our web shop have a 14-day full right of withdrawal, beginning from the day of purchase. However, if the operation is cancelled without a medical certificate, a deposit of 610£ will be set off the refund.  All cancellations must be informed minimum 14 days before an operation and in writing to Booking@lxkclinic.co.uk (?) and stated very clearly if you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. Cancellations informed less than 14 days before an operation will not be refunded.?

Cancellation and refund of call-booking

LXK Medical Marketing LTD will refund the full amount of a call-booking, only if LXK Medical Marketing LTD has received the cancellation in writing at least 48 hours prior to the agreed appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours, the amount will not be reimbursed.
