As the situation with coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to develop, we want to reassure you that our partners are not only following the national guidelines required in Lithuania, but the United Kingdom as well. 

Our partners are taking precautionary measures to help ensure the health and well-being of all its patients, staff, and visitors.

They know that visits from friends and loved ones is a comfort while you are in hospital but your safety and that of our clinical team is of foremost importance. We appreciate your cooperation in following our POLICIES outlined below.

 

VISITOR POLICY

  • Visits from all friends and relatives of patients are currently suspended on all our hospital sites, unless deemed essential by your surgeon.
  • All visitors on arrival will be asked a series of screening questions to assess their risk level. It may be that because of this they are not permitted to continue their visit.
  • Any permitted visitors will be required to wash/sanitize their hands and wear a mask upon entry to the hospital, the ward and / or to your room.
  • Visitors will not be permitted to bring any food or other unnecessary items with them.
  • Children under 14 will not be permitted to enter the hospital.

Our partners place their patient’s safety at the heart of their decision-making and apologise in advance if this means you are unable to CURRENTLY receive visitors. We appreciate your ongoing support with this difficult decision that will help us to better protect staff, visitors, and patients from infection.
